He served as the agency’s Settlement Official in major federal litigation affecting national practices and led enterprise modernization efforts that introduced advanced data-sharing systems and AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making, accountability, and operational efficiency across field offices.

Previously, Mr. Berg served as Field Office Director for ERO in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he directed enforcement operations across a five-state region and built partnerships with federal, state, and local authorities to enhance public safety outcomes. Earlier roles included Assistant Director for Field Operations and Deputy Field Office Director, where he led national transformation initiatives and operational planning.
