Frank Moss

Former U.S. Department of State

Frank Moss is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience across the public and private sectors. With a distinguished career in government, including serving as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Passport Services at the U.S. Department of State, Moss has deep expertise in U.S. border security, program management, federal marketing, and biometrics.

 

As the Founder and Owner of Identity Matters, established in 2007, he specialized in providing consulting services in areas such as biometric technology and secure credentialing. Drawing upon his experience in counterterrorism at the Department of State, Moss also served as a Consultant for over ten years in support of specialized U.S. military exercises.

 

Frank Moss holds a Master of Science in National Resource Management from the National Defense University's Industrial College of the Armed Forces (ICAF), where he specialized in National Security Studies. He also holds a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University's Maxwell School, concentrating on federal management, and a BA in government and economics from Georgetown University.
